TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Binding Agreement

By accessing or using any service, product, or platform operated by Emtak Holdings LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all offerings, including cleaning services, consumer products, publications, and digital platforms. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due as agreed upon prior to service delivery. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emtak Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emtak Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or negligent actions.

6. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or system outages.

7. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

8. Cleaning Services Addendum

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to premises. The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, unsecured valuables, or hazardous conditions. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Product Terms Addendum

All product sales are subject to availability. Defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund at the Company’s discretion. Normal wear and tear is excluded from liability.

10. Digital Services Addendum

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access digital platforms. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, content, and materials are the exclusive property of Emtak Holdings LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at its sole discretion, without liability, for any violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
